No, once placed, bids cannot be canceled or modified — so please bid carefully.
How do I know if I won the bid?
You’ll receive a notification and email confirmation once you’ve won, along with payment and delivery details.
Are all products genuine?
Yes, all sellers on Bid Bazar are verified, and every product undergoes a quality check to ensure authenticity and reliability.
How do I sell on Bid Bazar?
Visit our Sell With Us page, register as a seller, verify your business, and start listing products for sale or auction.
What can I sell on Bid Bazar?
You can list products from categories like Automotive, Fashion, Beauty, Home & Kitchen, Gifts, Sports, and Toys.
Is Bid Bazar available across India?
Bid Bazar is currently available in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Chennai, and will expand across India soon.
What can I sell on Bid Bazar?

Do I need to pay any fee to participate in auctions?
No. Bidding is free. You only pay if you win.
Is there a limit on how many auctions I can join?
No, you can participate in unlimited auctions at any time.
How will I know if someone outbid me?
You will receive real-time in-app notifications.
Do auction products have warranty?
If a product has a brand or manufacturer warranty, it will be mentioned on the product page.
What is the ‘Buy Now’ option?
It allows you to purchase certain products instantly at a fixed price without bidding.
Can Buy Now items also appear in auctions?
Yes, depending on stock availability, an item may appear in both sections.
What is a Mystery Box auction?
A Mystery Box contains surprise items within a price range. The exact items are hidden, but the total value will always be equal to or higher than the listed range.
What are the price ranges for Mystery Boxes?
They start at ₹49, ₹99, ₹199, ₹299, and above, depending on the category.
Are Mystery Box items refundable?
No, Mystery Boxes are non-returnable since contents are revealed only after delivery.
How can I track my order?

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
COD availability depends on the product category and location.
What if the product I receive is damaged?
You can raise a replacement request within 48 hours with unboxing video proof.
